Questions, answered

Everything a grown-up needs to know.

The short version: it is quick to prepare, private by design, and built to keep most of the play away from a screen.

Does a child need an account?

No. Children do not sign in and we do not ask for their name, email, birth date, school, photograph, address or location.

Do we need a phone?

No. Optional phone puzzles open in a normal mobile browser. The printed card and screen both explain exactly what to do, and a no-phone alternative is included.

How long does setup take?

Most grown-ups can choose their options in about five minutes. Printing and hiding time depends on the length you choose.

What if a location is unsafe or unavailable?

Do not select it. The engine only uses locations you explicitly approve, and every selected location includes a parent-facing safe placement.

Can I replay or reprint the hunt?

Yes. The purchased HuntPlan is preserved as an immutable snapshot so later catalog edits cannot silently change it.

What ages work best?

The builder supports players aged 5–17, including mixed-age groups. Enter the youngest and oldest ages; younger players receive meaningful roles while older players help with reading and codes without taking over.
